ULTIMATE NEW HOMES, an industry leading sales and marketing company, is looking for special individuals to add to its team. Since 1986, ULTIMATE has been providing team-based sales and marketing services to its Builder-Clients. All of ULTIMATE’S team members bring expertise, enthusiasm and passion to our goal of helping our Builder-Clients achieve all of their sales goals, and to assist homebuyers in achieving one of life’s most important personal goals.

Sales Person and Sales Assistant

We are always looking to add quality members to the Ultimate Sales Team. A California real estate license is required, as is a great attitude toward customer care. Our builder-partners expect us to be the industry’s best trained and best motivated sales professionals and that is our commitment to each other. We provide the training tools. You provide the thirst to excel.

While new homes experience is a plus, we are looking for people who have a commitment to customer service, to the best sales & marketing representation possible, and who take seriously helping people achieve their dream of new home ownership.

Our current needs include:

Community Sales Manager

This professional will be the lead person in an onsite sales environment. You will take ownership of all the processes leading to a happy buyer, who has moved in on schedule and who has been well cared for along the way. You will understand the value of a true team and will support the escrow and construction operations of our “builder-partner.” You will be the major source of feedback to the marketing team and will be (or become) an expert in advising them of the relative successes of various campaigns. You will recognize that our customers have many choices, so we are honored by their interest in our community. Each of them deserves a thorough needs assessment and a professional tour of our models. You will know the competition so thoroughly that you can respond professionally to questions about how they compare to your own community.

You will be thoroughly aware of all the legal restrictions to the sale of new homes, and be diligent about avoiding any representation errors for our builder-partners.

In a high-energy business, you will have a keen sense of how to prioritize without letting any of your customers (internal OR external) feel slighted.

You will have long commutes, long days and you will work weekends, and most holidays. We serve our customers when it is convenient to THEM, so we have our scheduled days off mid-week.

Earnings are typically limited only by your success and the time it takes to build the homes that you sell.

You will also gather immense job satisfaction by interacting with the recognized best in the business and by the referrals of “Raving Fan” customers and clients.

Community Sales Assistant

We groom and train our assistants to graduate to Community Sales Managers. Therefore, we expect a commitment to grow and to embrace all the responsibilities of a CSM. Because we are so committed to the concept of TEAM, you will be a full participant in all those same duties…under the leadership of the CSM.

If you have the desire, we have the platform. We do NOT hire people to continue as assistants. We expect you to grow and will look for the drive to progress.

Compensation is less than the CSM position, but is still an enviable income for those who make the commitment.
